Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end technical solutions that support immigration consulting operations and client-facing services. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with consulting teams to understand business requirements, defining solution architectures, and guiding software development and integration efforts across systems and platforms. The Senior Solutions Architect will work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes, ensure scalability and security of solutions, and provide technical leadership to development teams. The role also involves evaluating new technologies, documenting solution designs, and ensuring that implemented systems align with operational goals and regulatory needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to translate operational needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills to guide implementation, review technical designs, and support engineering teams.
Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect internal and external systems, APIs, and data sources effectively.
Relevant experience in enterprise or SaaS environments, preferably within professional services, consulting, or regulated industries.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with clear communication and documentation skills.
Proven track record in leading solution design initiatives, from discovery through deployment and optimization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
