Role Description The Marketing Co-Founder will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for LogicKrew as a core member of the founding team. This remote role is responsible for defining the brand narrative, positioning AI and automation solutions for target markets, and creating campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue. Day-to-day work includes developing go-to-market plans, managing digital marketing channels, designing content strategies, and analyzing performance data to refine messaging and tactics. The Marketing Co-Founder will collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions, oversee website and funnel optimization, and experiment with new growth channels. This role also involves building early-stage marketing ops, selecting tools, establishing metrics, and potentially hiring or managing future marketing contributors as the company grows.
Qualifications
Strong background in startup or B2B tech marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, or automation-focused companies.
Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and demand-generation campaigns.
Hands-on skills in digital marketing (e.g., paid acquisition, SEO, email, social, landing page optimization) with a focus on measurable performance.
Ability to design and execute content strategies, including website copy, case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets.
Comfort translating complex technical solutions into clear, compelling narratives for business decision-makers.
Data-driven approach to experimentation, funnel analysis, and performance reporting, using common marketing and analytics tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to operate as a builder-doer, and readiness to share in ownership and long-term company value.
Strong communication, collaboration, and remote work skills, with ability to coordinate across distributed product and engineering teams.
Experience working closely with founders or in early-stage environments is highly beneficial; prior co-founding or founding experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
