Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing multiple branches or teams delivering immigration and visa consulting services. This role includes managing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service quality and client satisfaction across the cluster. The Cluster Manager will coordinate staff schedules, guide consultants on process standards, and support resolution of complex client cases. They will also implement business development initiatives, track regional targets, and collaborate with senior leadership to improve processes, compliance, and productivity. Regular reporting, training support, and alignment of all locations with company policies and goals are central to this position.
Qualifications
Strong people management and team leadership skills, with experience supervising multiple locations or units.
Operational management skills, including planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
Client relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Business development and sales orientation, including target tracking and implementation of local growth strategies.
Familiarity with immigration and visa consulting processes (Canada experience preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; relevant experience in consulting, services, or branch operations is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage competing priorities, and maintain a professional, inclusive work environment.
