Role Description The Quality Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Quality Operator will inspect electronic components and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards and manufacturing guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting visual and functional checks, recording test results, identifying defects, and reporting issues to supervisors or the quality team. The role involves following standard operating procedures, using measuring and testing tools, and supporting root-cause analysis for quality-related problems. The Quality Operator will also assist in maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and coordinating with production staff to prevent recurring issues and improve overall product quality.
Qualifications
Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and basic functional tests on electronic components and products.
Familiarity with quality control procedures, standard operating practices, and basic production workflows in a manufacturing environment.
Competence in using basic measuring instruments and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, gauges) and recording accurate data.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and report defects or process anomalies promptly.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation; comfort working with checklists and quality reports.
Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
Willingness to work on-site in a shift-based environment and comply with all safety and quality standards.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or diploma in electronics or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection is preferred but not mandatory for motivated entry-level candidates.
