Role Description
The Business Analyst role at Volody is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, open to Mumbai-based candidates only. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting the design of solutions within Volody’s CLM platform. The Business Analyst will map and improve business processes, document workflows, and collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Daily responsibilities include performing data and trend analysis, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams, and supporting user training and post-implementation reviews. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing insights to enhance product features and client outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the ability to draw actionable insights.
Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
Candidates should possess expertise in Business Process understanding and improvement, including workflow mapping and process optimization.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in SaaS, enterprise software, legal tech, or consulting is preferred.
Familiarity with contract management, CLM tools, or legal operations is an advantage.
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and basic data analysis; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
