Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for product and implementation teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending data-driven solutions aligned with Volody’s CLM platform. The role involves preparing process flows, creating user stories and use cases, supporting configuration and testing efforts, and assisting in implementation activities. The Business Analyst will also collaborate on reporting and analytics, support user training and documentation, and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Business Analysis.
Candidates should possess the ability to understand and optimize Business Processes and define clear Business Requirements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should ideally have experience with SaaS products, CLM or enterprise software, and basic familiarity with data analysis tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in business analysis are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Mumbai (Goregaon), manage multiple projects, and deliver within timelines in a fast-paced environment.
