Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Analyst role is based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, work closely with clients to understand their processes, and recommend tailored solutions using Volody’s CLM software. Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders, assessing business processes to identify optimization opportunities, and ensuring successful implementation of the CLM solution

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding Business Processes
2-5 years experience
Effective Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and technical teams
Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing Business Requirements
Knowledge of contract management tools, legal processes, or SaaS platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
