We are looking for professionals with strong experience in 𝐋𝐀𝐏 / 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, have handled 𝐃𝐒𝐀/𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. The role offers a great platform to scale business in your region with strong earning potential and growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Drive LAP sales through direct channels, DSAs, and connectors
Build and manage a robust pipeline for secured lending products
Lead, coach, and track performance of the sales team
Develop strong relationships with clients, builders, and financial intermediaries
Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
🔹 Key Requirements:
5–15+ years of experience in LAP / mortgage sales
Strong network of DSAs and channel partners
Solid understanding of property valuation & credit processes
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
🔹 Preferred Background:
Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies
Strong local market knowledge with an existing client base
