🚨 WE’RE HIRING | CLINICAL DATA MANAGEMENT – SPECIALIST TO MANAGER 🚨
📍 Location: PAN India

🕐 Work Mode: As per business/project requirements
We are looking for Clinical Data Management professionals across multiple levels to support global clinical studies and end-to-end clinical data management activities.
🔹 Open Positions
• Clinical Data Specialist – 2–5 Years
• Clinical Data Team Lead – 5–10 Years
• Senior Data Team Lead – 8–12+ Years
• Clinical Data Management Manager – 10–15+ Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage/support end-to-end Clinical Data Management activities
• Handle study start-up, conduct and close-out activities
• Perform data review, data cleaning and query/data clarification resolution
• Support database design, setup, validation and revisions
• Work on Rave / EDC and other CDM systems
• Prepare and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs) and study documentation
• Manage data validation, reconciliation and external/vendor data
• Identify and resolve data issues, discrepancies and escalations
• Coordinate with Data Operations, Programming, Project Management and other teams
• Support sponsor/client meetings, audits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, regulatory guidelines and project requirements
🔹 For Senior-Level Professionals
• Lead global/multiple clinical studies and large/complex trials
• Manage client/sponsor relationships and project deliverables
• Handle timelines, resources, risks, escalations and competing priorities
• Lead and mentor CDM teams
• Support RFI/RFP, proposals, SOW, budgets and bid defense activities
• Support project financial management and change-order activities
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency

🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Mathematical Sciences or a related field.
Nursing qualifications may also be considered for relevant roles.
