We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing & Community Manager to join a growing B2B technology/enterprise software organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex technology solutions into clear, compelling product stories and creating content that supports business growth, sales enablement and community engagement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop product positioning, messaging and market-facing narratives for enterprise technology solutions
• Create sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, website content, campaigns, webinars, social media content and customer success stories
• Track competitor activity, market trends, buyer behaviour, customer pain points and industry developments
• Build and manage engagement through LinkedIn, CRM, webinars, events, roundtables and partner networks
• Develop content calendars, nurture journeys and engagement strategies
• Create and adapt content hands-on using tools such as Canva, Descript, Synthesia and similar platforms
• Monitor content, campaign and community performance and use insights to improve marketing initiatives
• Work closely with sales, product, technology and other internal teams to connect product capabilities with business value
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 8–12 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Technology Marketing, SaaS Marketing, Enterprise Software Marketing or Community Marketing
• Strong ability to understand technical products and simplify them into commercially relevant messaging
• Experience creating content and sales assets for business and technology decision-makers
• Good understanding of Enterprise Software, SaaS, ERP, Analytics, Automation or related technology domains
• Excellent writing, communication and content development skills
• Hands-on experience with modern marketing/content tools such as Canva, Descript, Synthesia, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar platforms
• Experience managing social media, CRM, webinars and events
• Strong understanding of competitors, market trends, buyer behaviour and customer needs
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology capabilities to business outcomes
• High ownership, attention to detail and a hands-on approach
