The Product Marketing Manager is a strategic and executional role responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing Grimco's product marketing portfolio, and leading new product launches. This individual will serve as a key marketing thought leader, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to deliver campaigns and strategies that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen Grimco's market position.
Strategic Thought Leadership
• Serve as the internal marketing subject matter expert, bringing forward industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop and champion Grimco's marketing vision and contribute to the long-term growth strategy.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Build and present data-driven business cases to leadership for new initiatives, channel investments, and market expansions.
• Represent Grimco's brand voice externally through content, industry events, trade publications, and partnerships.
Product Management.
• Manage and optimize the marketing portfolio across Grimco's product lines, ensuring consistent brand presence and resource allocation.
• Prioritize campaigns and initiatives based on ROI, strategic fit, and market opportunity.
• Monitor competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to the portfolio mix.
• Analyze performance data across the portfolio and present insights to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Sales Alignment & Enablement
• Partner closely with the sales team to develop tools, materials, and campaigns that support pipeline generation and revenue goals.
• Align marketing efforts with sales cycles, promotions, and seasonal demand patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify audience segments and refine competitive positioning.
New Product Launch Leadership
• Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution, from market research and positioning through campaign rollout and performance analysis.
• Partner with product, merchandising, and sales teams to define launch objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Develop compelling launch narratives and messaging frameworks that resonate with Grimco's customer segments.
• Build and manage launch timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate on strategies to maximize adoption and revenue impact.
Growth Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Work with digital strategist to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, social) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows to support pipeline development.
• Own reporting on growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
• Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across digital and traditional channels.
Required
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or portfolio management roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market and product launch strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing KPIs, attribution, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and building enablement tools and campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or B2B industries.
• Background in sign-making, print, or visual communications industries.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and portfolio prioritization frameworks.
• Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
