Java Full Stack Developer – W2 Only
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on development experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, modern JavaScript frameworks, and relational databases.
Required Experience
5–6 years of professional Java Full Stack development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java / Java 8+
Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Framework
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs / Microservices
Front-end development experience with Angular or React
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
Strong SQL skills
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, data structures, and application architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Consulting Firm Experience – Required
Candidates must have previous professional experience working with a large global IT consulting / technology services company, such as:
Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, HCLTech, Accenture, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, DXC Technology, NTT DATA, or a similar large consulting organization.
International consulting experience is acceptable.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in structured enterprise development environments supporting large clients and complex technology platforms.

Docker / Kubernetes
AWS, Azure, or GCP
JPA / Hibernate
Unit testing using JUnit / Mockito
