2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Atlassian Administrator role is responsible for managing and optimizing Atlassian products to support business operations. This position ensures that the tools meet the organization''s needs by configuring workflows, managing user access, integrating systems, and providing technical support. The role contributes by enhancing system performance, facilitating user training, and collaborating with various departments to implement tailored solutions.
3. Responsibilities:
Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions across Atlassian products.
Design and implement custom workflows, schemes, fields, and screens aligned with business needs.
Configure and manage integrations between Atlassian tools and other systems.
Install, upgrade, and maintain Atlassian applications and plugins.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Atlassian products.
Provide technical assistance and respond to user queries regarding features and functionalities.
Investigate and resolve system performance issues.
Develop and deliver training sessions on Atlassian tools for new and existing users.
Create documentation and guides to support knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and implement customized solutions.
Gather requirements for new features, proposing improvements and enhancements.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize applications.
Analyze usage data to identify improvement areas and suggest process adjustments.
4. Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience with Atlassian products.
In-depth knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related administration features.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Analytical skills to evaluate data and optimize platform usage.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The annual gross base salary range is $99,500 to $140,000, based on qualifications, skills, and competencies.
The compensation package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
