Job Summary for: Looker Developer (Remote)
Develop and maintain LookML models and dashboards to support self-service analytics.
Design, write, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from multiple sources.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements, define KPIs, and create effective visualizations.
Implement data cleaning and manipulation techniques to ensure high data quality and reliability.
Build and maintain efficient data pipelines, aggregate tables, and pre-filtering methods for improved reporting performance.
Utilize conditional formatting and interactive visualization components to present actionable business insights.
Document solutions, processes, and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Explore and integrate new analytics and visualization tools to enhance system performance and usability.
Address data quality issues such as cleaning, preprocessing, and anomaly detection.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work collaboratively in a dynamic and agile environment.
(Nice to have) Experience with cloud data platforms, additional programming languages, or designing scalable data solutions.
