PMWEB Senior Implementation Consultant

Role Summary
The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation for new logo and optimization existing client enterprise construction management software solutions for owner-focused organizations. This role combines construction management industry expertise with hands-on delivery leadership, ensuring solutions align with client capital planning, financial management, project execution and controls, and governance processes across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple active end-to-end PMWEB implementations, serving as solution and delivery owner for assigned client engagements.
Lead client discovery, requirements definition, and solution configuration aligned to owner and capital program business processes.
Apply construction management domain expertise to support capital planning, financial reporting, forecasting, funding, and budgeting workflows.
Lead configuration of project change management processes, approval workflows, and audit controls.
Ensure PMWEB solutions support construction stage gates including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Lead client decision-making through structured workshops and working sessions.
Collaborate with client executives, finance, project controls, and delivery teams to drive alignment and adoption.
Recommend dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support executive and operational oversight.
Support governance, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery standards and best practices.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering enterprise construction management software solutions (PMWEB, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, e-Builder, Procore, or similar).
Proven experience leading system implementations:
Capital planning and multi-year capital program lifecycles
Financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control
Funding structures and budget management
Project change management and approvals
Construction stage gates and governance reviews
Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and own delivery outcomes.
Experience designing workflow, reporting, dashboard, and integration solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
