Lead Generation Specialist
Work Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Schedule/Timezone: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM MST
Location: 100% Remote (Latin America Candidates Only)
Overview
Are you an ambitious, data-driven lead generation expert looking to drive high-impact pipeline growth for a premier business advisory firm?
Our client is a US-based advisory and commercial real estate firm that helps small to mid-market business owners navigate key growth transitions, professional valuations, and exit strategies. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fueling the firm's expansion by identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments with prospective business seller and buyer leads to keep the advisory team's pipeline consistently full.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Data Mining: Research and identify potential business sellers and buyers using advanced internet data scraping and mining techniques against key criteria (e.g., manufacturing sector, 5+ years in business, $2M+ revenue, 10+ employees).
Lead Qualification: Thoroughly evaluate and pre-qualify prospective leads to ensure they meet internal standards before passing them to the sales and advisory team.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments between qualified leads and agents.
Cold Outreach: Conduct cold email campaigns to prospective sellers and strategic buyers using pre-developed templates.
Objection Handling: Confidently address prospect concerns, adjust messaging as needed, and persist through initial rejections to turn prospect interest into booked appointments.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in HubSpot to ensure complete pipeline visibility and data integrity.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor outreach metrics, identify conversion trends, and deliver actionable insights on optimal prospect profiles and messaging strategies.
Reporting: Submit end-of-week performance updates tracking key metrics, including lead volume, qualification rates, and overall outreach effectiveness.
Must-Have Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales development (SDR), inside sales, or B2B lead generation targeting US-based companies.
Demonstrated background or industry knowledge in business brokerage, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or commercial real estate.
Proven track record of executing high-performing cold email campaigns and qualifying leads effectively.
Tech-savvy and AI-proficient with hands-on experience using modern prospecting tools to optimize workflows.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (specifically HubSpot) and standard spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with a self-motivated, proactive approach to prospecting.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) software.
A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional sales experience).
