Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations of the immigration consulting practice, including coordinating client appointments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on applications. This role will involve supervising support staff, maintaining accurate records, and helping streamline processes to improve client experience and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will also assist in communicating immigration updates to the team, addressing client queries, and collaborating closely with senior management to achieve business targets and service quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and handle inquiries professionally.
Basic understanding of immigration or visa processes; prior experience in consulting, travel, or legal services is an advantage.
Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team, delegate tasks, and monitor day-to-day operations.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with CRM or case management software.
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on-site full-time in Kerala, India.
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
