Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad. The CEO will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Esse India, overseeing business growth, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of providing high-quality immigration and visa consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior management, supervising operations and financial performance, and driving business development initiatives in existing and new markets. The CEO will manage key stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies, partners, and major clients, and will ensure compliance with relevant immigration consulting standards. The role also involves building high-performing teams, promoting a client-centric culture, and monitoring performance metrics to sustain service quality and profitability.
Qualifications
Strong financial acumen with skills in Finance and related decision-making for budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Proven expertise in Operations Management to streamline processes, optimize service delivery, and enhance organizational efficiency.
Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define long-term goals, growth strategies, and market positioning.
Demonstrated success in Sales and business development, including growing client portfolios and expanding market reach.
Extensive leadership experience at senior management or executive level in professional services, consulting, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company externally.
Track record of building and mentoring diverse teams, fostering inclusivity, and implementing performance management frameworks.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; prior experience in immigration or legal services is an advantage.
