Role Description The Data Science Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support client projects and internal initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, performing exploratory data analysis, and applying statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems. The role involves building dashboards and reports, documenting methodologies, and communicating findings in clear, business-friendly language. The Data Science Associate will collaborate with consultants, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, validate assumptions, and continuously improve analytical models and processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Science.
Candidates should possess experience in Data Analytics and Data Management for handling structured and unstructured data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in relevant tools and languages (e.g., Python or R, SQL, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is beneficial.
Understanding of basic statistics, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation techniques is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across time zones is beneficial.
