Role Description The AI Engineer for Australia Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems to support internal products, decision-making tools, and process optimization. The AI Engineer will work with pattern recognition methods, neural networks, and NLP techniques to build robust solutions, as well as collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI components into production environments. Daily responsibilities include data preprocessing and analysis, model training and evaluation, performance tuning, documentation of technical work, and close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
Candidates should possess solid foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and experience with version control and software engineering practices.
Candidates should possess expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with text data, language models, and common NLP frameworks and libraries.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field are highly beneficial.
Additional beneficial skills include experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), data pipelines, MLOps tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, communicate complex concepts clearly, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
