Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Camp Counselor to coordinate and support health camps conducted across Government and Corporate organizations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth camp operations and participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage health camps, wellness camps, and awareness programs at Government and Corporate locations
Guide participants and provide necessary information regarding camp activities and services
Assist in organizing camp logistics, registrations, and participant management
Coordinate with internal medical teams and external stakeholders for smooth camp execution
Maintain records of camp attendees, reports, and feedback
Ensure proper communication and follow-up with participants when required
Support awareness initiatives and educate participants on healthcare-related programs
Handle participant queries professionally and ensure a positive experience during camps
Required Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma (Healthcare or related field preferred)
0–3 years of experience in camp coordination, counseling, customer service, or healthcare support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling Government or Corporate wellness/medical camps
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of healthcare or wellness programs is an added advantage
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for camp activities
