IT Associate

This role involves providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for internal teams and systems. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining Windows-based workstations and servers, supporting cloud-based tools and services, and assisting in user account and access management. The IT Associate will monitor system performance, apply security updates, and collaborate with vendors or senior IT staff to resolve complex issues. The role also includes documenting procedures, supporting onboarding of new team members, and communicating clearly with non-technical colleagues to resolve IT-related problems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including basic networking, system administration, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, explain technical concepts clearly, and provide user support.
Candidates should possess proficiency with Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and basic security management.
Candidates should possess foundational Cloud Computing skills, with experience supporting cloud-based productivity tools and services.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks, follow structured processes, and maintain documentation with attention to detail.
