Pharma Trainer - Vaccine Program

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related field. (MUST)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in healthcare training, patient support programs, disease awareness programs, or field force enablement. (MUST)
• Prior experience training or coaching healthcare counsellors, disease educators, or field staff is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a structured training framework for disease awareness counsellors aligned with program goals.
Develop training materials or utilize client-provided training content to train counsellors.
Design induction, refresher, and advanced training modules covering disease awareness and SOPs.
Define training calendars in coordination with operations and regional teams.
Ensure counsellors are trained on schedules visit adherence, eligibility, contraindications, and handling vaccine hesitancy.
Deliver soft-skills training focused on patient communication, ethical counselling, and objection handling. Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-field training sessions for counsellors
Provide targeted coaching, remedial training, and on-job support to improve counsellor productivity and quality.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and performance metrics.
Ensure all training content is aligned with approved medical, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
