Role Description The Sales Associate – Yoga and Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on promoting yoga and wellness-oriented experiential programs to schools and other educational partners, including identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and presenting program offerings. The Sales Associate will engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable wellness programs, while maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, following up on inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to customize offerings, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves participating in events or demonstrations related to yoga and wellness, collecting feedback from clients, and contributing ideas to improve program design and communication.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with schools and educational stakeholders.
Sales and client engagement abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Interest or background in yoga, wellness, or experiential learning programs, with the ability to explain benefits clearly.
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple prospects, follow-ups, and on-site meetings.
Comfort working on-site in Noida and traveling locally for school visits, presentations, or events as needed.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking systems).
Prior experience in education, travel, wellness, or B2B sales is an advantage.
Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in sales
