Skills and Competencies
Professional experience in Human Resources Operations, Employee Services, Global Mobility, Immigration, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, or a related field
Experience managing employee Human Resources cases, stakeholder relationships, and service delivery processes in a corporate environment
Knowledge of immigration, global mobility, relocation, or international assignment programs is preferred
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
Support global mobility programs and guide employees and stakeholders through relocation, immigration, and international assignment processes.
Administer domestic and international mobility programs, including relocations, assignments, and immigration processes
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and People Business Partners throughout the relocation and immigration lifecycle
Coordinate immigration cases with external legal counsel, employees, managers, and hiring teams
Prepare relocation packages, assignment documentation, and business cost estimates
Partner with external vendors to deliver relocation, immigration, and tax-related services, review invoices, and support payment coordination
Support payroll, taxation, finance, and year-end mobility activities where applicable
Maintain accurate case records, reports, metrics, and mobility trackers while providing practical guidance on relevant policies and processes
Identify opportunities to improve processes, policies, and the employee experience while supporting special projects and other Global Mobility activities

Our Global Mobility team enables the global movement of talent by managing immigration, relocation, and international assignment programs that support Moody’s business priorities. We help ensure immigration and international tax compliance while delivering a positive business and employee experience. By joining our team, you will be part of a global function supporting employees and business teams across the EMEA and APAC regions while contributing to process improvements, efficient service delivery, and the responsible exploration of AI-enabled ways of working.
Annual base salary gross: [[salaryMin]] to [[salaryMax]]. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
