About the Role
The Organic World is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in grocery retail, supermarkets, or modern trade stores with strong team management and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of store targets.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and wastage control.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained.
Handle customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with category, supply chain, and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Grocery Retail, Supermarket, Hypermarket, or Modern Trade.
Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and team handling.
Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and retail management systems.
Preferred Background
Experience in grocery chains, supermarkets, organic retail, or food retail brands.
Ability to manage large teams and high-volume store operations.
