Environmental Services Associate I

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Environmental Services Associate I to join our team in Detroit, United States. Perform routine environmental services and facilities maintenance tasks in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to environmental services activities, inspections, and compliance measures
Assist in waste management, recycling, and sustainability initiatives across all facility areas
Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs and environmental concerns
Respond promptly to service requests and address issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless facility operations
Adhere to all environmental regulations, company policies, and safety guidelines
Operate and maintain equipment and tools used in environmental services activities
Support training and onboarding processes for new team members as needed
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding work progress and any concerns
Knowledge of environmental services practices, sustainability principles, and waste management procedures
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions and procedures accurately
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with documentation systems
