Voice agent orchestration. AI evaluation frameworks.
Latency optimization. Integrations Platform Connector framework.
SDK architecture. Eventing infrastructure.
Webhook reliability. API versioning. Platform observability.
Core Platform Modernization:
Monolith decomposition.
