Job Summary
We are seeking a Mobile App Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Flutter / React Native, API integration, database connectivity, Firebase, authentication, notifications, payment gateways, and mobile application deployment.
The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product teams, and management to convert business requirements into reliable and user-friendly mobile applications.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Mobile Application Development
Design and develop Android and iOS mobile applications.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Implement new features and improve existing application functionality.
Ensure compatibility across different devices and operating systems.
2. UI/UX Implementation
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive mobile interfaces.
Develop intuitive and user-friendly screens.
Ensure consistent application design and navigation.
Optimize applications for performance and usability.
3. API & Backend Integration
Integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
Connect mobile applications with CRM, ERP, HRMS, e-commerce, and other business systems.
Handle authentication, data synchronization, and API error management.
Coordinate with backend developers for API requirements.
4. Database & Cloud Integration
Work with Firebase, SQLite, MySQL, or other relevant databases.
Implement user authentication and authorization.
Manage push notifications and cloud services.
Ensure secure and efficient data handling.
5. Payment & Third-Party Integrations
Integrate payment gateways where required.
Implement Google Maps, location services, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other third-party services.
Troubleshoot integration-related issues.
6. Testing & Debugging
Conduct application testing before deployment.
Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.
Perform performance optimization.
Ensure application stability and security.
7. App Deployment & Maintenance
Manage Android and iOS application releases.
Publish applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Manage application versions and updates.
Monitor application performance after deployment.
Provide ongoing technical maintenance and support.
8. Security
Follow secure coding practices.
Protect user data and application credentials.
Implement appropriate authentication and access controls.
Identify and resolve potential security vulnerabilities.
9. AI & Modern Technology Integration
Integrate AI-powered functionality into mobile applications where required.
Work with APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other AI platforms.
Explore AI-based features including chatbots, voice interaction, recommendation systems, OCR, automation, and intelligent search.
Continuously evaluate new mobile technologies and development frameworks.
10. Team Collaboration
Work with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, product managers, and business teams.
Participate in technical discussions and development planning.
Provide realistic development timelines.
Maintain proper technical documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
Proven experience in developing and deploying Android and/or iOS applications.
Experience developing business applications, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, SaaS, or customer-facing applications will be preferred.
