Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end tender management activities for parking infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with technical and sales teams, and preparing compliant and competitive bids. The role involves managing timelines, overseeing documentation, liaising with procurement and finance for cost estimates, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Tendering Manager will collaborate closely with project management teams to align tender proposals with execution capabilities, support contract negotiations, and maintain tender databases and reporting. This position also contributes to continuous improvement of tender processes, market intelligence, and strategic proposal development to enhance win rates.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including bid strategy, document review, and proposal drafting.
Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and cost estimation, with experience in sourcing, vendor coordination, and pricing analysis.
Candidates should possess skills in Sales and client relationship management, with the ability to present proposals, address queries, and support negotiations.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination across teams, and tracking deliverables and deadlines.
Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects, preferably in parking, mobility, or smart city domains.
Strong analytical, numerical, and contract comprehension skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear, persuasive tender documents and reports.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals or ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in contracts or project management are an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
