Role Description The Senior Project Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex parking infrastructure projects. This role includes planning project scope and timelines, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and installation activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor and client relationships, and monitor logistics, expediting, and inspection processes to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Daily responsibilities also include risk management, resource allocation, status reporting, and continuous improvement of project management practices. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to align project outcomes with HPIPL’s innovation, sustainability, and customer service objectives.
Qualifications
Project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading large, multi-site infrastructure or engineering projects.
Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to manage timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Inspection skills, including oversight of Inspection activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, installation schedules, and supply chain activities across multiple locations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
Proven experience in infrastructure, industrial automation, or similar domains, preferably within parking, mobility, or smart-city projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote and cross-cultural teams.
Ability to analyze project risks, manage budgets, use project management and collaboration tools, and drive continuous improvement.
