2. About the Opportunity:
The Demand Generation Specialist role is focused on driving pipeline growth and lead generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing demand generation initiatives to deliver qualified leads and sales opportunities that contribute to the organization’s revenue objectives. The role plays a critical part in refining campaign strategies, targeting audiences effectively, and leveraging data to scale marketing efforts.
3. Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and webinars
Manage campaign budgets and performance to maximize lead generation and return on investment
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using CRM and analytics tools
Collaborate with Sales to enhance lead quality and campaign alignment
Manage audience segmentation and account targeting to improve campaign effectiveness
Support account-based marketing and targeted outreach efforts
Conduct landing page optimization and A/B testing to improve conversion rates
Develop and optimize ad copy, messaging, and creative assets
Perform market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities
Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve campaign performance
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams
4. Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Proven success generating qualified leads and pipeline through digital marketing
Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of demand generation metrics and analytics tools
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Experience collaborating with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Self-starter able to work independently
Preferred:
Experience marketing SaaS, healthcare technology, clinical research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO solutions
Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and platforms
Familiarity with intent data and revenue marketing methodologies
Experience with webinar and content-driven lead generation programs
Relevant marketing certifications
Experience using AI-powered marketing and automation tools
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000
Annual Performance Bonus: 5–7%
Fully Remote (U.S.)
