Technical Recruiter

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions with clients. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and maintaining talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and networking. The role also involves conducting structured candidate assessments, guiding candidates through the interview process, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all stakeholders. The Technical Recruiter will document activities in recruitment systems, track key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of Nexorant’s recruiting processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidates should possess solid Technical Recruiting skills, with the ability to understand technical roles, requirements, and related skill sets.
Candidates should possess Hiring skills, including evaluating candidate fit, coordinating offers, and supporting decision-making with clients.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and online professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) is highly beneficial.
Prior experience recruiting in technology or related fields within the U.S. market is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
