Job Title: Partner Marketing Contractor
Job Type: Contract (W2)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Through 12/31/2026 (with good potential for extension)
Work Location: Remote (United States), with up to 10% travel (travel expenses reimbursed)
Work Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (standard business hours)
Compensation: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour
Overview:
Our client is a global consulting and technology organization supporting one of the world's leading enterprise technology companies. This contract role will focus on developing and executing strategic partner marketing initiatives that drive joint go-to-market success across a broad partner ecosystem.
The Partner Marketing Contractor will support integrated marketing programs with strategic technology partners, helping build awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue through collaborative campaigns and co-marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B technology partner marketing, understands how to engage Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and is comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, alliances, and partner organizations.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of integrated partner marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
Plan, execute, and optimize joint marketing campaigns with strategic technology partners.
Create and manage co-branded marketing assets including blog posts, case studies, customer stories, email campaigns, social media content, presentations, and sales collateral.
Coordinate partner webinars, virtual events, trade shows, and field marketing activities.
Collaborate with partner organizations and internal stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives aligned to shared business objectives.
Develop sales enablement materials to support partner and internal sales teams.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide recommendations to improve program effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and partner landscape assessments to identify growth opportunities.
Support joint go-to-market planning, campaign calendars, messaging alignment, and execution plans.
Assist with marketing budget tracking and program management activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, client stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams.
Help drive pipeline generation, demand creation, and revenue acceleration through collaborative marketing programs.
Support partner communications and ongoing engagement initiatives.
Perform additional marketing and program management responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field).
4 to 8 years of B2B partner marketing experience.
Experience supporting technology partner marketing programs within the software, cloud, or enterprise technology industries.
Experience working with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners strongly preferred.
Functional understanding of cloud technologies and Generative AI solutions.
Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong content development and marketing communications skills.
Experience coordinating webinars, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Global System Integrator (GSI), ISV, OEM, or channel partner ecosystems.
Experience with enterprise technology companies or consulting organizations.
Knowledge of partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy development.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with demand generation, lead management, and pipeline reporting.
Experience supporting cloud platform partnerships (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, etc.).
Experience creating executive presentations and partner-facing marketing materials.
Understanding of co-selling motions and partner ecosystem marketing best practices.
Experience supporting AI, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software marketing initiatives.
