Target rate: $50–80/hour · Remote, United States · 1099 contract bench
We need laboratory scientists who advise on lab data, methods and quality for federal science projects.
What you'll do
Advise on laboratory methods, sequencing and assay data
Review lab data systems and quality processes
Help design data pipelines for lab results
Co-author technical reports and deliverables
Required
Graduate degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology or a related science
3+ years of hands-on laboratory work
Experience with lab data or quality systems (LIMS, CLIA, GLP)
Preferred
Genomic sequencing or bioinformatics
Public health, CDC or federal lab experience
Peer-reviewed publications
How our bench works. This is a bench role: there are no guaranteed hours. When a federal bid fits your background, we name you on it at your agreed rate, and you sign a short commitment before we submit. If we win, you do the work at that rate and those hours. Remote, 1099 hourly; full-time seats may be W-2. U.S. citizens and permanent residents only.
