Team Lead - Node, Dot Net

Role Description The Team Lead - Node, Dot Net role is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves leading a development team working primarily with Node.js and .NET technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development activities, reviewing code, guiding architecture decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders such as product management and QA. The Team Lead will also mentor team members, manage task allocation, participate in technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and support timely, high-quality delivery of releases.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership, including mentoring, task management, and fostering collaborative development environments.
Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Node.js and .NET or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related web technologies.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, and integration with databases and cloud services.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with agile methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
