Quality Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Analyst role based in New Delhi. The Quality Analyst will review and validate software functionalities, processes, and data to ensure they meet defined quality standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing test plans, documenting defects, collaborating with development and product teams, and monitoring corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved. The role also involves maintaining quality documentation, supporting root-cause analysis for recurring problems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support root-cause analysis.
Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities such as test execution, defect tracking, and validation of deliverables.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, including test planning, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
Understanding of Quality Management practices to help maintain standards, documentation, and performance metrics.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.
Familiarity with software testing tools, methodologies (manual and/or automated), and basic understanding of SDLC.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
