IMD Production Officer

Job Purpose
Responsible
for the continuous improvement of injection moulding process, with a strong
focus on process optimization, and productivity enhancement. Experienced in
leading maintenance teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability,
reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency ,optimize maintenance
practices, and upgrade the skill to achieve organizational objectives..
Key Responsibilities
Machine Start-up
Start-up
the injection moulding machine
according to production requirements.
Install
and align moulds properly.
Machine Operation
Operate
the injection moulding machine safely.
Monitor
temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
Quality Inspection
Check
moulded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, and
warpage.
Ensure
products meet quality specifications.
Troubleshooting
Identify
and resolve moulding defects and machine issues.

Coordinate
with maintenance or engineering teams for complex problems
Process Optimization
Adjust
machine parameters to improve product quality and reduce cycle time.
Minimize
material waste.
Monitoring
the offline activity like packing grinding & assembling
Documentation
Maintain
production records, quality reports, and machine settings.
Record
downtime and maintenance activities.
Manpower
handling
 Allocate work to operators and
technicians.
 Train new employees on machine operation,
safety, and quality procedures.
 Monitor
attendance, discipline, and performance.
Maintaining
the shop floor

Providing awareness to machine operators
Compliance
& Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies and
procedures.
Maintain compliance with applicable
statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Educational
Qualification
Essential:
