Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management to support Esse India’s operations. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial statements, monitoring expenses and revenues, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing internal controls, supervising invoicing and collections, coordinating with external auditors and banks, and providing financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership and operational teams to optimize resource allocation and support business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance is an advantage.
Candidates should possess experience in a finance leadership or managerial role; exposure to consulting or service-based businesses is beneficial.
