Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Sumerpur, with some flexibility for work from home. The specialist will generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and present Kalbii’s products and services to prospective clients across MSMEs, startups, and growing businesses. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their business needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating demonstrations of AI-powered business solutions. The role also involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams on promotional activities, and contributing to branding and market positioning. The specialist will provide customer follow-up, basic onboarding support, and training for clients to ensure successful adoption of Kalbii’s technology ecosystem.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse business clients.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers through product features and support basic onboarding.
Experience in technology, SaaS, or business software sales is beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Sumerpur, manage time independently, and collaborate across teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with AI-driven products and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
