What Finanz does
Finanz sells Finanz Engine: a white-labelled financial education engine that banks, neobanks and insurers embed directly inside their own app, in their own colours.
And here is what we actually sell. Not financial education, but the conversion of savers into investors. A bank buys us because we turn dormant customers into active ones on the bank's own financial products, and because we hand them up to 120 behavioural data points on their customers that they did not have. That is a P&L conversation, not a CSR one.
The proof is that the same engine already runs on our own consumer app: more than 250,000 users, the vast majority of whom had never invested before. When we walk into a bank, the ROI case is empirical rather than projected.

The role
You are a full-cycle Account Executive. You find the accounts, you open the doors, you run discovery and the demo, you negotiate and you sign.
The average contract is €50,000 to €100,000 a year on a two to three year term, often preceded by a POC.
You have a primary market, the one whose language you speak and where your relationships already sit, but you are not fenced into it: you can work accounts anywhere as long as you register them first.
The role is fully remote. You organise your own week; we meet the team in person a few times a year and you travel to clients when it moves a deal forward.
What we are looking for
• Five or more years selling to financial institutions as the end client: banks, insurers, pension funds.
Not generic B2B fintech.
• A real book — named decision makers you know personally and can introduce us to within thirty days.
• At least one closed contract above €100,000 with a financial institution.
• Fluent English. German is a strong advantage and is required to run German and Austrian accounts;
the Nordics, the Netherlands and the UK we run in English.
• A preference for opening a market over managing an existing portfolio. It is the sharpest difference
between the two kinds of candidate we meet.
Compensation
€75,000-95,000 on-target earnings (fixed plus uncapped commission on every contract you sign).
