What Finanz does
Finanz sells Finanz Engine: a white-labelled financial education engine that banks, neobanks and insurers embed directly inside their own app, in their own colours.
And here's what we actually sell: not financial education, but the conversion of savers into investors. A bank buys us because we turn dormant customers into active ones on the bank's own financial products, and because we hand them up to 120 behavioural data points on their customers that they did not have. That is a P&L conversation, not a CSR one.
The proof is that the same engine already runs on our own consumer app: more than 250,000 users, the vast majority of whom had never invested before. When we walk into a bank, the ROI case is empirical rather than projected.

The role
As an SDR, your job is to open doors: you generate and qualify opportunities in France for our Account Executive team to close. You don't run the full cycle, but you're the first line deciding which opportunities are worth commercial time.
Main responsibilities:
Research and identify decision makers at banks, neobanks and insurers in the French market
Outbound prospecting: calls, email and LinkedIn to target accounts
Qualify inbound leads from marketing (MQL → SQL)
Identify client needs and fit the Finanz Engine pitch to their reality
Book qualified meetings between prospects and the AE team
Follow up consistently on contacts and open opportunities
Keep the CRM up to date with every interaction
Work with marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting for France
What we're looking for
Hard skills
Up to 1 year of experience in SDR, inside sales or B2B business development (also open to strong first-role candidates)
Prior experience selling SaaS software is a plus, especially to financial institutions
Good command of CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Native or fluent French, professional English (the team works in English)
Knowledge of the French banking or fintech landscape is a plus

Resilience: cold outreach doesn't always land on the first try
Curiosity and a real appetite to learn the fintech/banking space
Autonomy and the ability to organise your own daily activity
Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role
