Content Strategist & Writer

We’re Hiring | Content Strategist & Writer | Pune
Quickupp Softech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Content Strategist & Writer who can go beyond writing and take ownership of content strategy, research, ideation, execution and optimization.
The role involves working across B2B and B2C brands and creating content for multiple digital and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars
• Research audiences, competitors, industries, keywords and trends
• Write social media content, LinkedIn posts, blogs, SEO content and website copy
• Create engaging Reels/Video scripts, ad copies, headlines, hooks and CTAs
• Develop content for landing pages, emails, WhatsApp campaigns and marketing materials
• Adapt content for different platforms, industries and target audiences
• Collaborate with Design, Video, Performance Marketing and Sales teams
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies accordingly
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, ideation and content optimization while maintaining originality and quality
• Manage multiple client/brand requirements and meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and research skills
• Good understanding of Content Marketing, Social Media and SEO
• Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing
• Ability to write both short-form and long-form content
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with Reels/Video scripts and ad copies is a plus
Position Details:
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
