Role Description The Team Lead role at Skillofy_AI is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing a cross-functional team delivering learning programs and AI-driven solutions. The Team Lead will coordinate daily operations, assign and monitor tasks, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain high standards of learner and client satisfaction. This role includes collaborating with educators, product and tech teams to improve program quality, streamline processes, and support innovation in both tech and non-tech offerings. The Team Lead will mentor team members, facilitate effective communication, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement across projects and initiatives. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning, identifying risks and opportunities, and fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, including experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
Project and program management skills, such as planning, prioritization, task tracking, and delivering outcomes within deadlines.
Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management across diverse groups.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify process improvements, and resolve operational issues.
Familiarity with edtech, AI, or technology-driven environments, and comfort working with both technical and non-technical professionals.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a remote work setting.
Experience in agile or similar methodologies is beneficial, along with exposure to learning program design or curriculum development.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technology, Business, Education, or Management) or equivalent practical experience.
