Role Description The Senior Human Resource Executive will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, and employee life cycle management, in alignment with Skillofy_AI’s growth and culture. This full-time remote role involves managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and implementing best practices to support a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce. The position includes handling employee relations, conducting performance management cycles, and supporting learning and development initiatives that align with the company’s focus on talent transformation. The Senior Human Resource Executive will collaborate closely with leadership and functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support strategic HR projects. This role also requires maintaining accurate HR documentation, HRIS data, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including experience as an HR generalist or HR specialist in a fast-paced environment.
Proven expertise in HR Management and HR Operations, with the ability to manage end-to-end HR processes and support organizational growth.
Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, with experience resolving workplace issues, facilitating feedback, and promoting a positive work culture.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support compliance, fairness, and inclusive practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
Familiarity with HRIS tools, applicant tracking systems, and remote collaboration platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
Prior experience in an edtech, technology, or high-growth startup environment is preferred.
