Role Description The Edtech Program Manager at Skillofy_AI is a full-time, remote role responsible for end-to-end ownership of learning programs across tech and non-tech domains. In this role, the Program Manager designs and structures curricula, coordinates live mentor-led sessions, and ensures that program content is aligned with industry needs and learner outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include managing program timelines, collaborating with instructors and subject-matter experts, tracking learner progress, and implementing feedback to continuously improve course quality. The Program Manager also oversees learner communication, supports onboarding and engagement, and partners with operations, marketing, and product teams to drive enrollment, retention, and successful career transitions for participants. This role requires strong program execution, data-driven decision making, and a learner-centric mindset.
Qualifications
Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Experience in curriculum design, instructional planning, and learning experience optimization for online or blended programs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage mentors, instructors, and diverse learner groups.
Data analysis and reporting abilities to track learner outcomes, program performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with edtech platforms, LMS tools, and remote collaboration technologies.
Understanding of both tech and non-tech career paths; exposure to AI, software development, or product/program management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in program or project management are beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a focus on accountability, organization, and results.
