About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to contribute to the training and refinement of next-generation AI systems. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, or iOS development. You should have a proven track record of building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems. Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Self-motivation, independence, and the capacity to thrive in remote, agile environments are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications utilizing Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance system performance and reliability.
