Executive – Control Tower
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute quick-commerce operations, including dark-store setup and day-to-day operations.
Monitor and manage FC minutes operations and scorecard metrics, with hands-on experience in Flipkart operations preferred.
Monitor UTR (Under The Roof) staff performance against hourly and daily operational targets.
Identify root causes for operational losses, process misses, and SOP deviations, and drive corrective actions.
Conduct regular team briefings and provide continuous coaching to improve performance.
Coordinate with clients, particularly Flipkart, to resolve operational disputes and escalations.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across RTO/RVP process desks.
Monitor and achieve order processing and in-house TAT targets, including second-level productivity metrics.
Conduct daily inventory audits and monitor order staging accuracy.
Ensure FIFO adherence based on product shelf life and inventory movement.
Track operational KPIs, identify gaps, and drive process improvements.
Maintain operational reports and dashboards using MS Excel and MS Office.
Coordinate with store, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth daily functioning.
