Role Overview
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations with a focus on productivity, inventory accuracy, manpower utilization, process adherence, and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations across inbound, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Drive productivity, TAT, SLA, and operational KPIs through effective planning and monitoring.
Lead and manage manpower deployment, shift planning, attendance, and team performance.
Ensure inventory accuracy, WMS/ERP discipline, and process compliance.
Analyze operational data and use Excel/MIS to identify gaps and drive productivity improvements.
Handle peak planning, capacity management, and resource optimization for high-volume operations.
Drive process excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to warehouse safety, SOPs, audit, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

Experience & Skills
Graduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse, e-commerce, 3PL, retail, or distribution operations.
Hands-on experience in WMS/ERP, inventory management, manpower handling, and KPI management.
Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety and operational processes.
Experience in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment, peak planning, productivity improvement, and process excellence will be preferred.
