Associate - Operations

Supervise and monitor put-away activities in shelf, floor, and high-rack areas.
Ensure proper stacking and box orientation norms at all locations.
Follow the binning process as per FIFO for each part and location.
Supervise picking activities as per WH Control Board/Oracle process.
Ensure 100% accuracy in binning as per system-allotted locations.
Manage and monitor warehouse assets such as HHT devices, printers, PCs, trolleys, and MHEs.
Monitor and ensure timely completion of Perpetual Inventory (PI) activities.
Achieve departmental KPIs as agreed with the customer.
Conduct RCA for non-fulfilment of customer requirements/demand.
Conduct daily team meetings to discuss operational issues and discrepancies.
Prepare daily reports and MIS regularly.
Coordinate with customers to resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
Identify operational gaps/abnormalities and discuss corrective actions with the customer.
Maintain 6S standards and promote a healthy work culture within the team.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and EHS policies.
Ensure proper and safe handling/storage of DG-class parts.
Support audit preparation and handle audit exceptions.
Ensure team members follow defined Work Instructions and SOPs.
Manage team absenteeism and allocate work effectively.
Drive continuous improvement in operational accuracy and efficiency.
